Shipping Policy
Our products can be large and heavy; weights are listed on each product page. All products ship professionally packaged and secured to skids from our primary manufacturing and shipping plant located at 6208 Strawberry Lane, Louisville, KY 40214. Additional information, including shipping rates, can be found in the below FAQs.
Contact us for questions or supportWe use all major LTL trucking companies, and local trusted trucking partners in certain parts of the country to provide the most competitive price. As the size of our shipments often dictates the price, versus weight-based freight, our freight costs will be displayed in the checkout for shipments in the contiguous United States (customers outside of the contiguous US must Contact Us for a special quote). We will align the best carrier at the time of shipment to ensure reliable and safe delivery to your destination.
Most of our products ship within 2-5 days. Cages with ceilings ship within 3-4 weeks. Our custom-designed solutions will take typically between 3-5 weeks to produce and ship. All products are made in the USA and have the lead time designated on the product page. A filter for lead time is also available on product result pages in all of our collections. Please contact us if you have a sensitive timeline and we will do our very best to confirm and achieve it.
It may depend on where you are and what item was ordered; typical orders to central, northeastern, and southern states typically arrive in 1-3 days after shipped. Orders to western states typically arrive in 4-5 days. Shipment tracking details will be provided in an email/text (depending on your selected preference) as soon as your order has shipped.
Absolutely, we ship all over the world! However, due to the size and weight of our products, a custom freight quote must be generated for these requests. Please contact us via our online Contact Us form and we will work on your quote as quickly as possible.
Most shipments are banded onto a custom wooden skid; posts are created down the center of the pallet, with panels stacked upright along the edges. See the photos below for a typical cage kit or panel and post shipment.

What if I experience delivery issues?
Mark the number of damaged pieces on the truck line's delivery paperwork. Be as specific as possible.
For example, write "DAMAGED: 4 pieces 4' X 10', 2 pieces 4' X 5'" or "MISSING: One box." At the very least, write how many pieces are damaged. DO NOT give in to pressure from the driver and sign the delivery receipt as "Received Subject to Later Inspection."
After marking the delivery receipt as damaged or missing, call us at 844-863-7670 and report the problem to a customer service representative.
Unfortunately, you will have to repair the items or purchase them again. Truck lines will NOT accept claims for damaged or missing items once material has been signed for without exception.
Please hold onto all damaged parts. Our customer service representative will arrange for the truck line to pick them up. Claims will be denied if damaged items cannot be picked up for salvage.
